The quality of a tiny house depends directly on where and how it is built. Eksado models are produced under controlled conditions in our 5,000 m² indoor factory in Erenler, Sakarya, Türkiye.

Typical time from order to delivery

Depending on the model and options, production and delivery usually take 45–60 days. With a capacity of up to 60 units a month, we deliver multi-unit projects on schedule as well as single homes.

Follow production live

Eksado customers follow their home through a private customer portal, with photos and videos shared from the factory. Selections awaiting approval, documents and the payment plan are in the same portal.

Delivery within Türkiye

Thanks to its O2 type-approved chassis, your tiny house is brought to your address as a trailer or on a suitable carrier and set in place. Modular and fixed buildings travel by truck and are placed on site by crane.

International delivery

We have delivered to more than 20 countries. Units can be shipped by road or sea. During the quote stage we agree on the best transport method and delivery terms for your country.

After delivery

You receive user information and documents at handover. Our tiny houses come with a 10-year structural warranty, and our team remains available after delivery.
