Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, country, city and messages you enter in quote, contact, appointment and request forms; account and profile details when you become a member.
• If you use "Sign in with Google": the name and email address Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.
• Automatic information: IP address and browser information when a form is submitted, to keep the site secure; for visit statistics, which pages are viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.

How we use it

• To answer your requests and prepare quotes,
• To manage your account and your order process,
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse,

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.

Cookies

We only use cookies that the website needs to work: sign-in and account security cookies, and a cookie that remembers your profile preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are recorded without cookies; your IP address is not stored, and a daily-changing anonymous code is used instead. You can delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will then be signed out.

Service providers

We rely on trusted technology providers to run the website: database and authentication (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), email delivery and, optionally, Sign in with Google. If you ask us to reply on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp. Some of these providers have servers outside Türkiye; transfers are made in line with KVKK.

Security

All connections between the website and your browser are encrypted (HTTPS). Only staff authorised for their role can access your data, and access is limited by role-based permissions. While no system can guarantee complete security, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Children's privacy

The website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
