In this notice, the data controller EKSADO YAPI TİCARET VE İHRACAT SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Eksado") asks for your approval only for the processing activities in the Privacy Notice that depend on your explicit consent. Giving consent is entirely optional; refusing it does not stop you from getting a quote, contacting us or becoming a member.

What you consent to

By ticking the relevant box on our forms, you give explicit consent to:

• Marketing communication: processing your name, email and phone number to inform you about new models, campaigns, events and Eksado news by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp.
• Transfers abroad: where the appropriate safeguards in KVKK Article 9 cannot be provided, transferring your personal data to technology providers with servers outside Türkiye (e.g. database, hosting and email services) so that we can respond to your request.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time without giving a reason, by writing to contact@eksado.com, using the "unsubscribe" link in our messages, or filling in the Data Subject Request Form. Withdrawal applies to processing from that date onwards.
