You can contact us in any of the ways below to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Requests are handled in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

How to apply

• Online form: use the "Open the online request form" button on this page.
• Email: write to contact@eksado.com from the email address registered with us.
• In writing: hand deliver or send via notary a signed letter to our registered office (EKSADO YAPI TİCARET VE İHRACAT SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Yanık Mahallesi, Yanık Orta Sokak, No: 60/1, Sapanca / Sakarya, Türkiye).

What to include

• Your full name and, for written requests, your signature,
• Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; nationality and passport or ID number for others,
• Your residential or business address for notifications,
• Email address and phone number, if any,
• The subject of your request and any supporting information or documents.

The online form does not ask for an ID number; we may contact you separately to verify your identity if needed.

What you can request

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it,
• Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties your data is transferred to,
• Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected,
• Have your data deleted or destroyed where the conditions are met,
• Have corrections and deletions notified to recipients,
• Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Response time

Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If your request is refused, you find the answer insufficient, or we do not reply in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
